APPLICATION CHECKLIST AND CRITERIA

Complete all areas of the application
Copy of your valid driver’s license, or picture ID
Proof of income (2 most recent check stubs; If self-employed, last year’s tax documents)
A clear photo of your pet(s)
A copy of the title or registration of your rig
$25.00 nonrefundable application fee, per adult

RIGS 10 YEARS AND NEWER ONLY

For all monthly lot rentals:
All applicants must pass a background, credit and eviction check. Any convicted felonies, evictions, or collections filed pertaining to property or space rentals will result in an automatic denial of the entire application(s). You may request a copy of the report obtained by providing a valid photo I.D. & must be picked-up in person.
Income qualification is a combined total household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, before taxes.

CHARGES & FEES

Washoe County requires us to hard line your sewer connection within 60 days of your move-in date. Fees are as follows: 1 sewer line = $130.00 // 2 sewer lines = $160.00 (this is a one time fee only)

Water, sewer, and garbage are all included in the monthly rent. Electric is metered, which is based off usage, and will be added to your account by the 1st of each month.
