This Modern home offers an open floor plan, big windows, two queen beds, a large closet, large bathroom with a tiled shower. The living area comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, indoor fireplace, smart TV, and beautiful Truckee River views. Has a large attached deck and private river access on the property. This cottage is located across from our historic Elm Estate.

Narrow staircase to the loft bedroom. Small children not advised. Your stay will include complimentary WIFI and comes stocked with coffee bar supplies, linens, shower toiletries, and glassware.
