We were lucky to stay at this RV park on our way through Reno. Firstly, the man who showed us to our spot and helped us back in was incredibly kind - like genuinely. I've thought about him many times since our visit and talked about him to family and friends. He is certainly a diamond in the rough. Secondly, the park was very nice and clean, and the bathrooms were super nice and warm. The women's room had been remodeled and felt like a spa. We walked down to the river with the dogs in the morning and the private beach area was so nice. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Tanzania cottage. Interior was super clean upon arrival. The staff is very friendly as well. We will definitely be staying at this site again!

RV Park with Cottages, patio with hanging lights, patio furniture and fire pits, on the Truckee River, wedding venue Elm Street Estate, mini storage, all within walking distance from downtown Reno. It's a beautiful oasis in the city!

What a sweet find! We just stayed 4 nights in the Ruby cabin. It was beautiful! Everything we wanted and needed was there. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and the unit was immaculate! We will definitely return when we're in town for family gatherings. We did not use the event center, but if you're looking for a space - we looked at it and it's great.

We had a very lovely two and a half week stay here. We were in a beautiful river-front site that we enjoyed very much. The resort has a beautiful common patio and park area on the river which was very conducive to meeting others staying in the resort, which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again when back in Reno.

This was a wonderful stay. We had an RV site along the Truckee River. It was so nice to sit and listen to the river!!! We only stayed 2 nights...We'll definately be back! We didn't meet the day managers but the night manager Brad, was sooo helpful! Wonderful stay!!!

Hands down the best RV resort in Reno & the surrounding area.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Very clean. 10/10 recommendation to stay here.
