Frequently Asked Questions

Booking is simple. Reserve your RV site at Campspot and cottage stays at book.riverwestresort.com. Pick your dates, choose your spot, and you are all set.

For RV sites:
You may cancel and receive a refund up to two days prior to your scheduled arrival if your reservation is for two nights or less. If you cancel within one day of arrival, no refund will be given, but the amount paid will be issued as Camp Credit for use on a future reservation within six months. Any Camp Credit not used within this time frame will be forfeited.

For reservations of three nights or more, a three day notice is required to cancel and receive a refund. If you cancel within three days or less of arrival, no refund will be issued, but the amount paid will be applied as Camp Credit for future use within six months. Unused Camp Credit after this period will be forfeited.

There are no refunds for early departures. 

For Cottages:

100% refund up to 60 days before arrival

50% refund up to 30 days before arrival
