Booking is simple. Visit riverwestresort.com, where you'll find links to book either an RV site or a Gem Cottage. Pick your dates, choose your spot, and you're all set. We'll take care of the rest.

RV Sites
Stays of 2 nights or less: Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled arrival for a full refund (excluding non-refundable booking fees). Cancel between 48 and 24 hours before arrival and no refund is issued, but your payment converts to Camp Credit good toward a future stay within six (6) months of your original arrival date. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival aren't eligible for a refund or Camp Credit.
Stays of 3 nights or more: Cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled arrival for a full refund (excluding non-refundable booking fees). Cancel within 72 hours of arrival and no refund is issued, but your payment converts to Camp Credit good within six (6) months of your original arrival date.
Both: Camp Credit expires six (6) months after your original reservation date. If you let us know you'll arrive late, the same policy applies based on your original arrival date. We're unable to offer refunds or Camp Credit for no-shows, early departures, or booking fees.
Gem Cottages
100% refund up to 60 days before arrival; 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

We ask that guests follow a few simple guidelines to keep the resort comfortable for everyone:
Pets must stay leashed outside the rig at all times.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Pets should never be left unattended outside.
Owners must maintain control of their pet at all times.
RV Sites

We welcome rigs of every size, from camper vans to the largest Class A motorhomes. Our pull-through sites run 70+ feet long, and our back-in sites accommodate up to 45 to 50 feet for your rig and tow vehicle combined. Individual site measurements are listed as you book online. If you'd like to confirm your rig and vehicle will fit a specific site, just give our office a call.

Yes, every RV site includes electrical, water, and sewer hookups. You'll also have 24/7 on-site laundry, plus our office with concierge service, where guests can receive packages and mail.

Sites vary in shade, tree coverage, and proximity to the Truckee River. Tell us your preference and we'll help you find the right fit.

Short-term stays are under 28 days; long-term stays are 28 days or more.

Long-term rates start at $1,050/month. Contact our office for current availability and pricing.

We handle snow removal for main thoroughfares and common areas year-round so you can come and go safely all winter. Snow removal for your individual site is the guest's responsibility.
Gem Cottages

Our Gem Cottages are cozy retreats named after gemstones, including Pearl, Jade, Onyx, and Ruby, each appointed with luxury linens and modern amenities.

It varies by cottage. Some are perfect for couples, while others, like Tanzanite with its loft, sleep up to four.

Some of our cottages with kitchenettes include a small refrigerator, microwave, glassware, dishes, and a sink, perfect for light meals. Our larger units can accommodate a full kitchen with a range, full-size refrigerator, full-size sink, and cooking utensils, so you can settle in and enjoy a home-cooked meal.
